Cancellation Policy:
KarinaSwinfordHair requires 24-hour notice before canceling appointments for services. Upon failing to cancel 24 hours in advance the fee schedule is as follows:
First cancellation-Grace period.
You will be reminded of your agreement which you signed at the time of your first appointment. We understand things come up and you were unable to cancel your appointment.
Second cancellation-30% fee for services booked. We understand that life gets in the way however, KarinaSwinfordHair cannot offer the best customer service experience to other clients when the consumer no shows or chooses to cancel less than 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your appointment at any time by emailing us at ksh@karinaswinfordhair.com or accessing your account via the Fresha app.
No Show- 50% fee for services booked.
We also reserve the right to refuses services for future appointments. We cannot comply with consumers who chose not to abide by our policies. In order to protect other clients and the company of KarinaSwinfordHair, these are the steps that will be taken to offer the best service our company strives to offer. Refund Policy/"Correction" Policy:
Refunds for services provided are up to the disrection of the owner, Karina Swinford, who reserves the right to refuse refunds if so determined. Exchanges are permitted if products are returned with 14 days of purchase. Product must not be 100% consumed and in good condition.
Furthermore, corrections to services rendered, for example a haircut or color provided, must be done within 7 days of service. No exceptions will be made. For consumers who chose not to comply with refund or correction policy we reseve the right to refuse future service requests.
Privacy policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy and security and have explained in detail the steps we take to do so. We control this site from offices in the United States of America. We do not represent that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Why and how we collect information.
KarinaSwinfordHair hereby retains the right to store necessary information in order for the consumer to use our products to the fullest extent. We do not sell your information to other vendors and store only what is necessary. We collect your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. For example, if you chose to purchase a product, enroll in a course, or subscribe to the free newsletter your information is used to give you access to these products.
In connection with other activities, such as those described above, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, we may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including ZIP code), e-mail address, telephone, credit card, and other personal information. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
In all cases, we will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. We will also tell you how we use your information or if we share it with another party. Except as otherwise provided in this policy, we will never intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user to any third party without having received your permission.
If you supply us with your contact information you may receive periodic e-mails, mailings or calls from us with information on new products and services, important issues, or upcoming events. Please provide us with your exact name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone. We will be sure your name is removed from the appropriate lists immediately.
