All About Extensions

Hand tied Extensions:
This method uses beads and string to create a track in which the wefts are then sewn into creating a seamless blend adding density and if desired, length.

When it's time for a move up the string is cut, the beads are loosened, and the weft removed. Your hair is then shampooed and blown dry and the track reinstalled into your natural hair.

These extensions are perfect for adding dimensional color and the length you've been dreaming about!

FAQs for the hand tied method:

How long does the hair last?
With proper care hand tied wefts last between 6 to 9 months.

Will the extensions blend into my natural hair?
Yes! They blend extremely well with most hair types. They will be custom cut to suit your needs.

Who isn't qualified for hand tied extensions?
People with extremely fine hair (visible scalp) or extremely thick/coarse hair.

Do they hurt?
Most guests experience mild soreness for the first few days but it's nothing very painful. Depending on how tender headed you are it could last between 1-3 days.

How often do I need to get move-ups?
I highly recommend having a scheduled maintenance appointment every 4-6 weeks depending on how quickly your hair grows. Too much grow out causes breakage and unnecessary tension on the natural hair.
