Service Re-do Policy

We strive to  offer our guests the highest level of customer service. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let us know within seven days of your visit and we will be happy to correct any issues at no additional charge. 

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best possible booking options to our guests, we require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling. Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a 30% (of services booked) cancellation fee is due before a new appointment can be scheduled.
