What would you tell your younger self? ⁠

I started my business at the ripe young age of 18, and I really haven’t looked back. But, if I could go back and tell that myself one thing it probably would be….. ⁠

Running your own business isn’t for the faint of heart. It takes a fire that never dies. There are lots of days where quitting crossed my mind but, that's just not my style. You have a good cry, get a good night's sleep, and do better the next day. ⁠

I definitely didn’t have a FULL grasp on that my first day out and into the “real world” but time, effort, and persistence really does change who you are and who you want to be. It’s a journey not a destination, I’m proud to say that I’m here for it all. ⁠

I've always known I wanted to really LIVE life. That means putting yourself out there on the reg and it's made me into the business owner, partner, mom, & hairstylist that I am todayyyy. ☺️⁠

Moral of the story is, don't quit. I feel like having regrets is so much worse than never trying at all. Whether you just need to make yourself more of a priority or you're getting a passion project off the ground, the rule is the same. Keep going. 🥰⁠
